A popular downtown Redding restaurant that hasn't reopened since the COVID-19 pandemic hit in mid-March is on the move. Clearie's Restaurant & Lounge will move to a new development on Hartnell Avenue behind the Veterans Administration health clinic, owner Robbie Clearie posted on the eatery's Facebook page on Friday.
